First Class First Aid / New Zealand / 2019

After joining forces in 2018, First Class First Aid directors Angelique and Deepa sought a way to turn their individual reputations for excellence into a successful new business.

This reputation formed the basis of our campaign, through which we’d reconnect with loyal customers who’d already experienced training with Angelique and Deepa.

We placed our messaging into traditional and digital media spaces, using a billboard to capture local audiences alongside a variety of social media and search engine advertisements to engage customers online.

Google Ads proved a pivotal part of our efforts, as our best-performing ad used targeted keywords which appeared throughout the campaign. This ‘safety-net’ approach allowed us to create a multi-layered campaign that engaged leads across a wide range of media.
