With over 35 years of industry experience and an impressive reputation, Duncan and his team wanted to step away from their reliance on referral business and create a brand that stands up to their stellar reputation.

This reputation—forged by Duncan’s directorship—became the focus of our campaign, which would highlight to other industry professionals exactly why Duncan Taylor Builders sits above the rest.

DTB’s reliance on word-of-mouth meant that little emphasis had been placed on developing the face of the brand. Our first step was to undertake a redesign of the website, through which breath-taking images of DTB homes would take front and centre.

We began sales efforts shortly after, with a direct email initiative targeting potential industry partners. In support of these efforts, we introduced Duncan Taylor Builders to the world of social media, with a focus on showcasing their incredible portfolio of completed builds.

Our direct email initiative was delivered to high-value industry contacts, of which 36% opened and read the email an average of three times each — an encouragingly high engagement rate. A detailed report of these results provided Duncan with the opportunity to personally follow up these leads with the end goal of securing a new building project.
